1. How do I place an order?

 

Option A: If you want to direct order our standard design on our website:

  • 1.Write the desired item mdl no or save pictures, click “request a quote”
  • 2.Leave your contact and your message, then submit.
  • 3.We will get your request and reply you within 24 hours.

Option B: If you want a custom-made design just send us detail by “contact us” button or directly email us: topsupplier@headdecor.com

Option C. How to make a payment?

  • We supplier different option for payment:.
  • Order amount 5k USD up, bank telecom transfer.
  • Order amount less than 5k USD: PayPal, west union, Ali pay all acceptable.
  • After we confirmed your order detail and confirm the amount, you send the payment.

2. Product

 

1. Will my item be exactly the same color as what is shown on your website?

Our products online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics color. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Anyway, as we all made customize orders, we will make an approval sample for your confirmation.

2. Can I change the design of the headband or fascinator?

3. Delivery

 

1. Where do you ship to?
We can ship worldwide. Please be assured that your address can be chosen from our shipping countries’ drop-down list when you fill in the shipping address.

2. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer shipping by carrier, by air and by boat.

3. What is your production time:
Normally it will take 7 to 30days for production depends on design and quantity.

4. When will I receive my order?

  • For carriers like FedEx/DHL/UPS, it will take 3-7days.
  • By air will take around 7-15days.
  • By boat will take around 20-40days.
  • We will suggest you best shipping way according to your order volume.

5. How can I track my order status?

  • If the order was sent by air or by boat, we will supply your bill of lading for checking and clear the goods.
  • If the order was sent by carrier, we will give you carrier tracking No. for the check.
